ELEVATOR REPAIRS

Our comprehensive testing services ensure compliance with state and local codes, thereby ensuring your equipment adheres to current regulations and mitigating your liability.

URBAN APPROACH

We operate cohesively as a team, ensuring the highest level of service at every interaction, whether it's with our responsive technicians or your dedicated account manager, and our collective commitment to customer satisfaction remains paramount

GOVERNOR AND SAFETY TEST

All testing must be documented with securely attached metal tags on each component, and it should be overseen by a qualified individual, as mandated by local governing authorities.

EMERGENCY POWER

Elevators, where available, must undergo an annual no-load assessment to verify compliance with code standards, and, in addition, a load test equivalent to 125% of the elevator's capacity should be conducted at least once every five years to ensure proper adherence to code requirements.

PRESSURE RELIEF SETTING - HYDRAULIC ELEVATORS

Hydraulic elevators are required to undergo an annual test to ensure that the system effectively bypasses the entire pump output before reaching 150% of its full load working pressure, with a visible record of the full load working pressure to verify the relief valve settings, and adjustments made as necessary.

LOCAL PARTNERSHIP

Through our robust local partnerships, you can rest assured that your parts will be readily available when you require them, offering peace of mind.

SAFETY TESTING

Exodus Elevator Solutions is dedicated to safety, quality, and exceptional service, creating an environment that prioritizes both the riding public and customer peace of mind.

BRAKE TEST - TRACTION ELEVATORS

Elevators designated for passenger use must undergo testing with a load equivalent to 125% of their rated capacity to ensure their proper operation in normal conditions, including stopping and holding the overload at the lowest landing.

FIRE FIGHTER'S SERVICE

Elevators equipped with fire service must undergo monthly testing, including Phase I recall and at least one-floor operation of Phase II, with written records maintained on-site, while an annual comprehensive test using actual fire service recall initiation methods during fire or emergency situations must be conducted and documented.

ELEVATOR INSPECTION WITNESSING

All tests must be overseen by a qualified individual, subject to approval by the relevant governing authorities, with approved witnesses potentially including Qualified Elevator Inspectors (Q.E.I.), Supervising Elevator Mechanics (S.E.M.), or individuals sanctioned by the local governing authority.
